Return & Exchange Policy

At Stylixa, our top priority is ensuring your absolute satisfaction with our home decor items. We recognize that circumstances may arise requiring the return of a product, and, as such, we have delineated our return/exchange policy as follows:

 Defective Items:

 We accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement for any items found to be defective upon receipt. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

 For defective returns, we will cover the return shipping fees.

 Non-Defective Returns:

Returns are only accepted for key holders and coasters within 7 days of receiving the items, including weekends.

 Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

Kindly note that each order for wall art pieces is custom-made for individual clients. Therefore, unless the items arrive damaged or defective, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wall art pieces.

 These following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

 Custom or Personalized Orders.

 Items On Sale / Items Purchased During Sales Events.

 Return Process:

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team, who will assist you through the return process and furnish you with the necessary instructions.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will verify its condition.

The item must be returned in its original condition, complete with all packaging, and documentation.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is deemed defective.

For added security, ensure your returns are securely packed in the original box, use an insured and trackable courier for the return, and keep the receipt. Stylixa cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. Please enclose a note with your name and invoice number. Note that shipping charges on return items are non-refundable.


↣ Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will initiate the refund process, typically completed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends). The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will not be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition.

For non-defective items, refunds will exclude any shipping fees or duties paid during the initial purchase.

It's important to note that we cannot issue a refund for a non-defective item returned in a damaged or used condition.

Keep in mind that the refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee.

Upon receiving your order, kindly examine it promptly. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if there is a mistake in your delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Share an unboxing video of the product with us at so that we can assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.
